Shipping and ordering
All orders will be made after payment has been received. Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. To ensure that you receive the best shipping rate, THE SHIPPING RATE HAS NOT BEEN ADDED IN. After we have received your order and is paid in full, we will make your order, pack it, weigh it to ensure exact shipping cost. We will then e-mail you an invoice for the exact shipping cost.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept paypal, money order, cashiers checks and personal checks.
If you wish to pay with money order, cashiers check please contact us for the address and shipping rate. If paying with personal check, orders will be processed after the check has cleared our account. This can take up 3-7 business days.

REFUNDS
Refunds are dealt with on an individual basis. If you encounter a problem please contact us and we will do our very best to correct the situation.
